Patio
Hopefully the works will start in May weather permitting. Stephen Trobe will keep in touch with Mike Smith from Council Enterprises.
Tables
Martin has produced a sample table. It is available in various sizes and colours. Martin suggested we may seek a grant from Awards For All for some of the tables and the balance to come from the Burns Supper match funding. It may be the lunch club or Brownies or the Hall could make the application. Enquiries will be made by Elliot and Martin.
Sheila said we need 24 tables for the Hall and 6 smaller ones for the front room. Ultimately agreed after some debate we in fact need 19 for the main hall.
Treasurer's Report
Elliot delivered his report. Copy attached to the Minutes.
Elliot has prepared a forecast of income and expenditure for this year which suggests a deficit of approximately £1400 per annum. Agreed.
